运输条款

Orders placed on Digilent’s website are packed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt of the order. Normal transit times are 3-5 business days from date of shipment. Digilent attempts to keep all items in stock. If for some reason an item is out of stock at the time you place an order, we will hold your entire order until the backordered item becomes available. If you want the in-stock portion of your order to ship sooner, please contact Digilent and provide your order reference number.

退货政策

To return your product:

  2. Return the Merchandise:The customer is responsible for shipping the merchandise to Digilent. They will assign you a RMA number and send you a return service label to use in returning your defective product to Digilent. The defective product must be returned to Digilent within 14 days of receipt of the replacement. Failure to return the defective product according to these terms will result in you being billed for the replacement.
